We collect such date to establish if you have a viable claim or to communicate with you. If you do have a viable claim we will retain such date to process your claim and retain your data in accordance with Law Society & GDPR which may be up to six years. Personal data is also generated from technical processes such as contact forms, comments, cookies, analytics, and third-party embeds. If we do retain your data for the process of a claim we will seek your written consent to so retain same.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
We keep contact form submissions for a up to three years for client service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.

We keep contact form entries for three years and analytics records for a year.
